Industrial Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, food-grade manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced automated systems while ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems, robotics, motors, PLC-controlled equipment, and automated packaging lines
• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance in a food-grade manufacturing environment
• Utilize CMMS software to track repairs, document maintenance activities, and analyze equipment trends
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Assist with new equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and support junior mechanics by sharing knowledge, skills, and best practices
• Perform welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, Stick) as needed (optional)

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of:- Electrical systems

  • Automation and PLC troubleshooting
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• Experience working within GMP/cGMP environments

• Proficiency using CMMS software

• Valid U.S. driver’s license

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
