Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Waterloo, IN.

**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $34/hr

**Shift: **2nd/3rd shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems

• Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely corrective actions to minimize production downtime

• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and automated manufacturing equipment

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Install, modify, and commission new equipment and machinery as needed

• Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS software

• Participate in equipment upgrades, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred

• Valid Journeyman's Card is a must

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated equipment
