One of our manufacturing clients is looking for skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of production equipment at their Verona, WI facility.
**Pay Rate: **$32/hr - $36/hr
**Shift: **1st shift
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize production downtime
Inspect, maintain, and service conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other production machinery
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawings
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and production line improvements
Complete work orders and document maintenance activities using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and automated production equipment
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems
Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus
