**Maintenance Technician

**Manufacturing | Electrical | Mechanical | PLCs | Preventive Maintenance

**Location: *Upper Sandusky*

Pay:** $28–$36p/h (DOE)

Shifts:** **Multiple shifts available

**2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm

3rd Shift - 11pm-7am

12-hour shift 2-2-3 - 6:30pm-6:30am

Shift differential available for all positions

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. This is a hands-on multi-craft role requiring strong mechanical/electrical skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and structural equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and electrical systems and read electrical prints/schematics.
• Install, wire, diagnose and repair production and facility equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintenance records using CMMS.
• Perform basic welding/fabrication.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and aerial lifts.

Requirements

• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience; 5+ preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics/prints.
• Basic welding experience.
• Manufacturing/OSHA safety knowledge.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights/in dusty environments.
• Flexible to work various shifts, overtime and weekends as required.
