Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Location: Tyler, TX

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: Up to $32.00/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a first-shift opportunity in Elk Grove Village, IL. We are looking for someone with hands-on industrial maintenance experience who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment to keep production running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime
• Repair and replace motors, sensors, belts, bearings, switches, and other components
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and document repairs
• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and upgrades
• Work closely with production teams to resolve equipment issues
• Follow all plant safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with production machinery and preventive maintenance
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently

Pay up to $32/hour based on experience. First shift, full-time opportunity with a fast interview process.
