Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Twinsburg! In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. Hours & Compensaton:

• 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday plus OT
• Starting $25

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment (conveyors, shredders, pumps, gearboxes, motors, bearings)
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules using our Express Maintenance system
• Install and align new equipment following blueprints and technical drawings
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues using manuals, schematics, and your expertise
• Operate cutting, welding, and fabrication tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts usage in the Express Maintenance platform
• Collaborate with electricians, operators, and engineers for safe and efficient operations
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks
• Some knowledge/experience with 480V/3 phase electrical systems is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a millwright or industrial maintenance technician
• Comfortable working in dusty/dirty environments (PPE provided)
• Proficient with hand and power tools, measurement instruments, and rigging equipment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read blueprints, equipment manuals, and schematics
• Welding and fabrication experience (MIG and Stick) is a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, at heights, or in varying temperatures
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
