🔧 Maintenance Technician
💲 Pay: $20.00/Hour
📅 Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Join a growing manufacturing team where your maintenance skills make a direct impact! We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician with manufacturing experience to help maintain our facility, production equipment, and CNC machines.
What You'll Do:
✅ Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and CNC machines
✅ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
✅ Inspect and maintain motors, belts, bearings, and lifting equipment
✅ Complete maintenance work orders and support production operations
✅ Assist with facility upkeep, inventory, and shop support as needed
What We're Looking For:
✔ Prior manufacturing maintenance experience required
✔ HVAC experience preferred
✔ CNC repair experience preferred
✔ Ability to read blueprints, ladder diagrams, pneumatic and hydraulic prints
✔ Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
✔ Welding and manual machining knowledge a plus
✔ Strong communication and basic computer skills
