**Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and repair industrial machinery to support production operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical repairs and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

**Responsibilities

**

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.

• Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and technical manuals to diagnose and repair equipment.

• Install, move, and set up machinery as needed.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications.

• Test equipment after repairs to ensure safe and proper operation.

• Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.

**Qualifications

**

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Technical training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience preferred.

• Proficiency in at least two areas, such as mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, CNC equipment, electrical controls, or industrial machinery installation.

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and perform basic shop math.

• Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and maintenance practices.

• Welding, plumbing, HVAC, or metal fabrication experience is a plus.
