Pay: $30–$35/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

What You'll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues
- Troubleshoot control circuits, sensors, motors, drives, and production equipment
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, and related components
- Identify equipment problems and determine effective corrective actions
- Use diagnostic meters, prints, manuals, and technical resources to troubleshoot equipment
- Maintain accurate preventive maintenance and repair documentation
- Assist with identifying and obtaining parts and supplies needed for repairs
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or a related technical environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Preventive maintenance experience
- Ability to read schematics, prints, and technical documentation
- Experience using maintenance tools and diagnostic meters
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
