Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our CNC machining, screw machine, plating, and assembly equipment running at peak performance. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production in a high-mix manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment including CNC machines, screw machines, lathes, mills, and plating line equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize production interruption
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Maintain facility systems including compressed air, HVAC support, and building infrastructure
• Document all maintenance activities and track parts usage in the CMMS
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S/lean efforts on the floor
• Adhere to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Experience maintaining CNC and/or screw machine equipment preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and lean manufacturing
• Welding and fabrication skills a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
