Maintenance Technician

• Thomasboro, IL
• $28 - $35/hour
• Day Shift (Monday - Friday) 7am - 4pm
• Industrial Engineering Company

Duties and Responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician include:

• Install and adjust new equipment as needed.
• Analyze mechanical and operational problems on equipment and implement corrective action as required.
• Replace mechanical and electrical components including, switches, relays, motors, belts, control boards, etc.
• Make necessary corrections and running adjustments to equipment to maintain maximum production and part quality.
• work with production supervisors to schedule periodic maintenance operations as required.
• Must comply with all ANSI codes and OSHA requirements when performing duties.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and neat work area.
• Must follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and wear personal protective equipment as required by company policy.
• Must wear any personal protective equipment as required by company policy.

Experienced Required:

• 3+ Years in Industrial Maintenance required.
• Three-phase electronics experience a must.
• CNC Maintenance or controls experience a plus.
• Wiring Diagram fluency a must.
• Interest in the sporting goods and firearms industry a plus.
