Position:Maintenance Technician

Location:Hope AR

Pay:$21 will go to $23.75 once rolled over with company

Hours:Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 2:00pm

Monday - Thursday 2pm - 12am

**Summary: **

Repairs and maintains machinery, electrical equipment, production machines and equipment. Perform housekeeping duties to keep a clean and organized work area while putting safety first. May also perform a variety of building and facilities maintenance tasks.

Essential Responsibilities:

• General knowledge of gear reducers, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics electro-mechanical installation and the use of precision measurement tools required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Able to use electrical tools and meters.
• Ability to solder.
• Reasoning ability, communication skills, organizational skills, mechanical abilities, troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of welding and basic hand tools.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred and previous experience in manufacturing environment helpful. General maintenance of equipment and property.
• Electrical experience Preferred. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to react in an efficient timely manner.
• Able to work any shift (nights and weekends), holidays and overtime as required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
