Compensation (DOE): up to $40 an hour
Maintenance Technician is available with one of our clients in Terre Haute, IN. In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
This is a first-shift, full-time position at a state-of-the-art facility. The Maintenance Technician must be self-motivated, able to learn new concepts quickly, and capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Hands-on maintenance of cranes and production equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Working with 24-volt through 480-volt, 3-phase electrical systems
- Creating and maintaining detailed downtime and maintenance logs
- Welding and fabrication of tools, fixtures, and special projects
- Completing OSHA and safety inspections
- Supporting production operations and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications / Requirements:**
- Degree in industrial maintenance strongly preferred
- Ability to work at heights
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Commitment to following all safety protocols and regulatory standards
