Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC issues to maintain system functionality.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on various machinery.
• Install and maintain electrical systems, including 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance technician role.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills and experience with heavy equipment repair.
• Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of electrical installation and troubleshooting, including 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications in electrical or mechanical fields are a plus.
