Position: Maintenance Technician

Pay: $37.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, rotating 2, 2, 3 schedule

Location: Sturtevant, WI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $37.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical reliability of plant equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Support all aspects of mechanical maintenance and continuous improvement efforts
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding, extrusion, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct mold and neck finish changeovers with limited downtime
• Support equipment installation, wiring, and upgrades to meet specifications
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and parts usage
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse processes for spare parts
• Promote safety, GMP, and food safety standards across the plant

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; technical certification preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastics or similar technical environment
• Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Experience with injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• Proficient with hand and power tools, and computer systems including MS Office and SAP
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve complex mechanical issues
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with extended hours and physical demands
