Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire | Spring Park, MN 55384

Pay:$30–$45/hour (DOE – flexible based on experience)

Schedule:

• Training: 1st Shift (approx. 1 month)
• 2nd Shift:
• Monday–Thursday: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Friday: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers strong autonomy and is ideal for someone who can handle a wide range of mechanical and electrical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Minimize downtime and support production efficiency
• Work independently while collaborating with leadership

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Electrical experience preferred (not required)
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance background
• Boiler's License (highly preferred)
