Job Responsibilities:

To assist the Facilities Manager in the maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment and in all cases to keep in top working order.

Job Duties:

•Timely repair of any malfunctioning equipment as assigned.

•Troubleshooting of equipment and repairs as needed.

•Assist in the Preventative Maintenance Program of all production equipment.

•Maintain the outside of the building and grounds to be an asset in the

neighborhood and area.

•Utilizes all proper safety equipment while doing repairs.

•Follow Lock-out Tag-out procedures.

•Work within capital and budget restrictions.

•Assist in advising Management as to the need for equipment as a cost savings.

Skills and Qualifications

•At least 1 year of experience in Industrial Maintenance

•Must be able to read, write and follow both verbal and written instructions.

•Able and interested in training in MIG and TIG welding.

•Some knowledge of phases of electrical is helpful.
