Shift: Friday–Monday, 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced with both preventative and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems within the manufacturing facility.

  • Perform both scheduled and unplanned maintenance on production equipment and systems.

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.

  • Modify and test equipment to ensure safe and effective operation.

  • Maintain compliance with all Environmental and OSHA Safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.

  • Work with engineers, equipment manufacturers, and other professionals to ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance.

  • Execute detailed maintenance and preventative maintenance procedures using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

  • Implement operational standards and procedures to improve efficiency.

  • Read and interpret schematic drawings and electrical system diagrams.

  • Repair critical electromechanical components such as sensors, motors, and displays.

  • Calibrate and configure instruments and equipment according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.

  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

  • Proficient with CMMS software and preventive maintenance practices.

  • Must be safety-focused and able to work independently or as part of a team.
