Maintenance Technician, Shelby, MI
**Payrate:$30.00-$33.00, based on experience plus .50 shift differential **
Shift; Night: 10:00pm-6:30am
As a **Maintenance Technician **you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring production equipment and facilities are ready and available when our customers need them.
Primary Responsibilities
Determining and performing required maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, calibrating, etc.).
Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and diaphragm pumps and equipment and ordering/installing replacement parts.
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).
Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
Will be required to wear a respirator/PPE
Basic computer knowledge
