Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sevierville, TN. This role is responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on facility equipment and building systems, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance and be able to interpret blueprints and schematics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Maintain building infrastructure and equipment to support daily operations.
• Follow established maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with facility improvement projects as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues requiring further attention.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility, industrial, or building maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Understanding of maintenance methods, practices, and repair techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
• Dependable with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

• 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
• Aerial & Utility Equipment Systems

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
