Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines, production equipment, and facility systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and other production equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Repair or replace motors, pumps, bearings, sensors, switches, valves, and related components.
• Maintain coolant, lubrication, compressed air, and other equipment support systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications.
• Perform basic facility maintenance and coordinate outside service when needed.
• Document maintenance activities and follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC or other industrial production equipment
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, climb, and safely lift and move tools, parts, and materials. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment around machinery, electrical systems, oils, coolant, and elevated noise levels.
