Maintenance Tech will Identify and resolve electrical problems on production equipment by reading and interpreting detailed electrical schematics, including complex circuit layouts.
• Diagnose hydraulic system issues using in-depth analysis of hydraulic diagrams and the ability to navigate intricate prints.
• Replace and service both high-voltage and low-voltage components such as transformers, disconnects, motors, contactors, servo units, and PLC hardware.
• Maintain, repair, or change out parts on industrial systems including hydraulic and water pumps, conveyors, cooling/temperature-control units, vacuum pumps, and air compressors.
• Troubleshoot and fine-tune secondary assembly machines, including Keyence vision systems, light curtains, various sensors, and mechanical components.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and general safety inspections.
• Keep supervisors and production leadership informed about repair progress and equipment status.
