⚙️ Maintenance Technician – Industrial Skilled Role

We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong industrial troubleshooting skills to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on expertise in mechanical and electrical systems and the ability to keep critical equipment running efficiently.

🔧 Skills & Experience Required

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with 3-phase electrical, AC/DC systems, control circuits, VFDs, and PLCs
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment quickly and accurately
• Experience with CNC machines, conveyors, forklifts, overhead cranes, lasers, saws, lathes, and welding equipment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns and production issues
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery
• Service and maintain automated manufacturing systems
• Respond quickly to downtime calls to minimize production delays
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
• Work with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
