We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Riverside, MO, 64150. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various systems and equipment. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Shift: Wed-Sat- 3pm- 1:30am
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
