We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain our facilities, equipment, and grounds in a safe, efficient, and production-focused environment. What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, equipment, and facility assets

  • Inspect facilities, equipment, and racking systems to identify and address maintenance concerns

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

  • Complete general building repairs, including carpentry and minor facility improvements

  • Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections and maintain required documentation

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including repairs, inspections, and parts usage

  • Ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) remain current and accessible

  • Track inventory and replenish maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts

  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required

  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergency maintenance situations

  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial environment

  • Proven forklift operating experience

  • Ability to successfully complete company forklift certification upon hire

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair practices

  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams

  • Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical safety circuits

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical degree, trade school certification, or related training

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or high-speed production environment

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and move throughout the workday

  • Frequently lift up to 55 pounds

  • Work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions

  • Safely use maintenance equipment and tools

  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Work around noise, chemicals, and airborne particles commonly found in industrial environments
