We are currently seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with PLC programming and diagnostics. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues with automated production equipment and conveyors
- Perform PLC troubleshooting and programming modifications on manufacturing equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic
- Maintain motors, drives, sensors, relays, VFDs, and control systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Support production by responding quickly to equipment downtime
- Install and assist with new equipment and process improvements
- Document maintenance repairs and completed work orders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls
- Ability to troubleshoot AC/DC motors, VFDs, sensors, and automated systems
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical degree or certifications are a plus
