Shift Available**
Skilled Maintenance Technician needed to keep high‑speed production equipment running at peak performance. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery across the plant—supporting everything from blow molders and injection molders to conveyors, palletizers, and facility systems like chillers and air compressors. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to keeping operations moving.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic issues
- Maintain and repair production equipment, conveyors, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot industrial control systems and support preventive maintenance
- Work with Operators, Supervisors & Sr. Techs to resolve issues quickly
- Document work orders, repairs, and parts usage
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE
- Support production as needed and maintain consistent attendance
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills using schematics & technical drawings
- Experience with shop equipment and precision measuring tools
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams
- Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must provide own toolbox and basic tools
- High‑speed manufacturing (packaging, or plastics)
- Experience with VFDs, servo motors, PLC I/O, and industrial networks
- Familiarity with Krones, Sidel, Husky, or similar equipment
- Welding/fabrication (MIG/TIG/Stick)
- Experience with 480VAC & 24VDC electrical systems
- Ability to read P&IDs and troubleshoot complex systems

High School Diploma
- Preferred:
Associate degree in manufacturing tech, mechatronics, or related fields
