Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Read basic electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

• Use the HMI to find equipment problems and locate the part causing the issue.

• Clean, replace, or reconnect sensors and other electrical components when needed.

• Troubleshoot wiring, motors, connections, and other electrical problems, including issues caused by water damage or loose connections.

• Troubleshoot and repair common mechanical and electrical equipment such as electrical panels, conveyors, sensors, motors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment, with an understanding of AC and DC voltage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience .
• Thorough understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and resolve equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining accurate maintenance records.
