Base Hourly Pay rate: $32.00 to $35.00 + Shift Differential
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 AM, 5 to 6 days a week
POSITION SUMMARY
Completes mechanical, electrical or hydraulic repairs and preventative maintenance activities as required to maintain building, facilities and plant equipment. Work as part of a team having responsibility for identifying and correcting conditions that affect employee safety.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
1. Troubleshoots any mechanical, hydraulic, or minor repairs on plant equipment by working with blueprints, test equipment or manuals to complete machine repairs.
2. Performs maintenance duties as assigned from maintenance team leader by completing daily work repairs.
3. Implements mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic improvements by monitoring problems, designing and completing repairs or improvements
4. Performs preventative maintenance by monitoring preventative maintenance schedules onplant equipment and completing repairs.
5. Operates various testing equipment as required to complete maintenance repairs.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Additional training, degrees or certifications are a plus.
Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing plant environment, working with injection molding equipment is preferred but not required.
Other Requirements
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled systems
• Previous experience includes working with automation and/or robotic equipment
