🔧 Maintenance Technician | Join Our Skilled Trades Team! 🔧

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team! If you're a problem-solver with strong mechanical skills and a passion for keeping equipment running at peak performance, we want to hear from you! 💪

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery & mobile equipment: lasers, CNCs, presses, air compressors, fork trucks, manlifts, and more

• Troubleshoot unplanned downtime and improve maintenance processes

• Contribute to new routine maintenance tasks to support proactive strategies

• Complete work orders efficiently to ensure equipment uptime

• Follow strict safety procedures and lockout/tagout protocols

• Conduct general facilities maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, garage doors

• Mentor Maintenance Apprentices and support team training

• Promote a clean and organized work area using the 5S CANDO method

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

🧠 What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma required; technical certification a plus

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance

• Skilled with 3-phase power (480V), low voltage circuits, and PLC troubleshooting (preferred)

• Strong communication skills, a team player, and self-starter mindset
