Summit Orange currently has an open position for Maintenance Technician (1st shift). Summit Interconnect is a manufacturer of advanced technology printed circuit boards with a specific focus on complex rigid and rigid-flex product with unique expertise in RF/Microwave applications.
Position Summary: Under general supervision performs a variety of repairs and/or preventative maintenance tasks to keep plant equipment in good working order. Repairs and services mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulics, plumbing, pumps, controllers, conveyors motors etc. Assist in new equipment installations and equipment modifications. May perform minor repairs or modifications to facilities. Follows all implemented and common sense safety guidelines.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the printed circuit industry, be able to work with minimum supervision and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
