Work with the most advanced freeze-dry technology in the industry! We’re looking for a hands-on Plant Maintenance Technician committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on packaging and production machinery

• Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and refrigeration systems

• Complete preventive maintenance and read equipment manuals/work orders

• Use hand and power tools, meters, and material-handling equipment

• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all food safety and GMP standards

• Work independently and participate in on-call rotation as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)

• 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems

• Food manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 40 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods

• Work in temperature-controlled food production environments
