We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the New London area. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
• Conduct inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs in a timely manner.
• Assist with facility improvement projects as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal facility performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
