Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations at their facility in **Neenah, WI **location.

Pay rate : $30/hr - $38/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Diagnose equipment issues and complete timely repairs to minimize production downtime

• Conduct inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns

• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints

• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment

• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and PM documentation using CMMS systems

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Electrical License is a must

• 5-7 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience troubleshooting motors, conveyors, pumps, and PLC-controlled equipment preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

• Basic welding and fabrication experience

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices

• Experience with automated production equipment
