Location: Nashville, TN
Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
Schedule: Approximately 50 hours per week, with additional overtime on a 6th day as needed
Overtime: Double time for all hours worked over 40 per week
We are seeking an experienced Multi Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Nashville. This position will play a critical role in maintaining production equipment, minimizing downtime, and troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background combined with solid mechanical maintenance experience and the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment.
• Starting pay: $32.50/hour
• $33.50/hour after 90 days
• $34.50/hour after 1 year

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and mechanical stamping presses
• Troubleshoot and repair resistance welding systems
• Set up, integrate, and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues to minimize production downtime
• Identify and resolve recurring equipment and maintenance problems
• Support a safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical maintenance background with solid mechanical experience
• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and automated equipment
• Experience working with PLCs is strongly preferred
• Stable work history in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work the assigned night shift and overtime as needed
