🔧 Position 1: Maintenance Apprentice (Split Shift)

Key Responsibilities- Assist maintenance team with troubleshooting and repairing injection molding and extrusion equipment

• Perform basic mechanical adjustments, PM work, and machine diagnostics

• Support production setup and changeovers

• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas

Qualifications- Mechanical aptitude required

• Experience in injection molding is highly preferred

• Eagerness to learn industrial maintenance

• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow technical instructions

🔧 Position 2: Maintenance Lead / Working Foreman (1st Shift)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Lead daily maintenance activities while working alongside the team

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding and extrusion machinery

• Perform electrical and hydraulic diagnostics

• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts

• Mentor junior team members

Required Skills- Strong mechanical background

• Electrical experience required (must know how to read a voltmeter; comfortable with systems up to 480v)

• Hydraulic troubleshooting experience

• Natural leadership traits; ability to guide and support others

• Hands-on, self-directed work style
