Job Overview:
One of our manufacturing client is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team in Mottville, MI.
**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $33/hr
**Shift - **1st shift
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to minimize production downtime
Inspect, repair, and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other industrial machinery
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
Assist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, and process improvement projects
Perform routine inspections and recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability and efficiency
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience maintaining industrial equipment, motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated production machineryExperience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems
