Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

$28 - $36

2nd Shift, Monday-Friday with OT on Saturdays

The Role

You'll troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility systems in a corrugated manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, HVAC, boilers, steam/water/hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults; replace components including bearings, pumps, cylinders, and power transmission parts
• Fabricate guards and minor components; operate lathe, mill, hydraulic press, and related machine shop equipment
• Weld (vertical and overhead) on mild steel; pipe fit on high-pressure lines
• Support equipment installation, building repairs, and lift truck structural maintenance
• Conduct safety system checks and machine audits

What You'll Need

• 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and basic prints
• Competency in AC motor troubleshooting and basic electrical installations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Available Monday–Saturday, second shift
