Location: Minneapolis, MN

Shift: 1st Shift — Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $37-$40 an hour

Background check and drug test required.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable **Maintenance

Tech

nician** to support a production facility in Minneapolis. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operations across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery

• Support PLC programming and hardware across the facility

• Follow ISO procedures and company maintenance

standards

• Perform preventative maintenance

tasks such as oiling, greasing, and cleaning equipment

• Maintain accurate maintenance

records, diagrams, and documentation

• Respond quickly to equipment malfunctions and resolve issues

• Conduct routine maintenance

to maximize production efficiency

• Complete and document all maintenance

work performed

• Safely perform work using ladders or elevated platforms

• Maintain reliable attendance and schedule adherence

• Be available to work weekends when needed

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by a supervisor

• Support preventive maintenance

efforts in SMMC when required

Qualifications

• Completion of Fluid Power and Industrial Electricity coursework required

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance

tasks

• Clear and legible documentation skills for maintenance

logs

• Ability to lift tools and materials and perform physical maintenance

tasks

You should be proficient in:

• Pneumatics Experience
• Hydraulics Experience
• Maintenance and Repair Skills
• Industrial Electrical Experience
