**Job Title: **Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Sunday 12:30-9 pm and M-Th 6 AM-2:30 PM

**Pay: **$30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and peak efficiency of facility equipment and infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include executing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting electrical systems, maintaining industrial conveyor belts, and servicing HVAC systems across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled PMs, clean/lubricate machinery, and log maintenance records to

prevent downtime.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain panels, wiring, and motor controls (up to 480V)

following LOTO safety standards.

• Inspect, align, tension, and repair belts, rollers, drive motors, and gearboxes.
• Perform routine servicing, filter changes, and inspections on building climate units and general infrastructure.

Preferred Experience Requirements

• 3+ years in industrial or facility maintenance (HVAC, electrical, and conveyors).
• High school diploma/GED required; 2-year technical degree/certificate in Industrial

Maintenance or Machine Tool Technology preferred.

• Ability to read schematics/blueprints, set up machine tools, and use maintenance

software.

• Strong math and mechanical aptitude, adherence to safety procedures, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
