Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE)

3rd Shift | 7:00pm - 7:00am | 3-4-4-3 Schedule

We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join an established Food Production Company in Mineral Wells, TX.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business, maintaining high-speed food processing equipment while supporting production through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Troubleshoot and replace AC/DC motors and VFDs
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair food processing equipment including bottlers, fillers, labellers, conveyors, palletizers and robo-packers
• Carry out preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
• Complete light welding and fabrication as required
• Support production by responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Food production or food processing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience maintaining and rebuilding industrial manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
• Experience working with electrical systems up to 480V
• Allen Bradley PLC electrical troubleshooting experience
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
