🔧 Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (Direct Hire)

$30.00 – $35.00/hour

🚀 About the Opportunity

hands-on Maintenance Technician🔩 What You’ll Be Doing- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Perform preventive maintenance and handle urgent breakdowns
• Inspect equipment and proactively identify issues
• Install, modify, and optimize machinery using schematics and layouts
• Replace components, adjust alignments, and improve performance
• Track maintenance activity using a CMMS system
• Partner with production to keep operations running smoothly

✅ What You Bring- Strong background in industrial maintenance

• Experience troubleshooting production equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Ability to read mechanical schematics
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/humid conditions
