Industrial Maintenance Technician

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role handles reactive maintenance, line calls, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on production and baking equipment.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, motors, and shafts.

• Replace and align chains/sprockets and properly tension drive systems.

• Remove and replace bearings, shafts, and housings using proper fits and lubrication.

• Align motors and shafts using mounts, shims, and straight edges.

• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, motor wiring, and use a multimeter.

• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

• Complete preventive maintenance independently.

• Follow Lockout/Tagout, plant safety, and food safety procedures.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability and experience in an industrial manufacturing environment are preferred.
