General Summary: Responsible for anticipating, diagnosing and repairing all areas of the facility.

Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to weld, torch, pump alignment, material handling systems, and forklift experience. Has a general understanding of lockout/tag out (LOTO), confined space entry, hot work, and line break permits. Great communication skills and problem solving skills needed.
Education and Experience: No prior experience required although prior maintenance experience is helpful. A.A., B.S. and/or technical education is preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to: lift at least 60 pounds, climb ladders and work at heights of at least 30 feet and manage confined space entry. Must have the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time. Must be able to qualify for respirator use and wear approved fall protection equipment.
Working Conditions: Work areas are exposed to all elements of weather, loud noise, and dusty conditions. Must be able to work safely with exposure to chemicals and while working with heavy moving machinery.
Schedule:
Shift is 4 days/week – 2 pm – 12 am
Position requires weekend coverage and one-week on-call rotation approximately every 8 weeks.
Position requires scheduled hours every other weekend.
Position schedule is based on 10-hour workdays.
