Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment while minimizing downtime and supporting safe production operations.
Shift
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
Optional
- 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- 2nd Shift Differential: Additional $3/hr
- **Bonus $5000, **$2500 after 6 months, $2500 after 12 month
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Repair/replace motors, pumps, conveyors, sensors, gearboxes, and other components.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance calls.
- Maintain maintenance records and assist with equipment installations/upgrades.
- Use CMMS and follow OSHA and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Operate material-handling equipment such as scissor lifts.
- Support production, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Experience with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Basic computer and CMMS experience.
- PLC troubleshooting/automation experience preferred.
- Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
