Pay & Shift Details

First Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM

Pay: $30/hour

OR

Second Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Pay: $30/hour + $3/hour shift differential

Second Shift Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

• $2,500 after 6 months

• $2,500 after 12 months

Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment. Candidates with mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Repair motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and other machinery components.

• Use hand tools, power tools, blueprints, and electrical schematics to diagnose equipment issues.

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

• Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

• Assist with equipment installation, repairs, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and preventive maintenance.

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Electrical, PLC, pneumatic, or hydraulic troubleshooting experience is a plus.

• Technical certification or an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment.
