Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is focused on machine maintenance and reliability, not facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with manufacturing machinery and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on production equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize machine uptime.
• Troubleshoot, rebuild, and upgrade manufacturing machinery as needed.
• Maintain and improve equipment performance, safety, and reliability.
• Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and resolve equipment issues quickly.

Preferred Experience

• Fastener, cold forming, or screw machine industry experience preferred.

• Experience maintaining and repairing:- Acme and Gridley Screw Machines

  • SACMA and National Cold Headers
  • Reed Thread Rollers

• Prior experience working on manufacturing equipment is required.

• Robotics maintenance experience alone is not sufficient for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Experience with machine rebuilds, upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs.
