Job Description

Our manufacturing client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team in Madison, WI

**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $35/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment

• Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime

• Inspect, service, and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other production machinery

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to perform maintenance activities

• Assist with equipment installations, machine upgrades, and production line modifications

• Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records using CMMS software

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience maintaining production equipment, motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated machinery

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
