Industrial Maintenance Technician

  • $28–$43/hour, depending on experience
  • 5% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x, Sundays at 2x, and holidays at 3x
  • Currently averaging 50–60 hours per week

Overview

Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a heavy manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on keeping production equipment operating through electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs. Multiple shifts are available with competitive pay, significant overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment

  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns

  • Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Diagnose motors, sensors, VFDs, controls, and other industrial equipment

  • Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics

Requirements

  • Previous industrial maintenance experience

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; 480V experience preferred

  • Experience troubleshooting hydraulic systems

  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics

  • PLC, robotics, automation, VFD, or CNC troubleshooting experience is a plus

  • Technical degree is helpful but not required with strong hands-on experience

Schedule

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
