Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, automation, and robotic systems.
• Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Utilize PLC systems and interfaces to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Support equipment repairs, rebuilds, and continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow company safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Technical school diploma in a related field with at least 1 year of maintenance experience, or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, CNC, automation, and/or robotics systems.
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance or supervision to small teams as needed.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a heavy manufacturing environment and perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 70 pounds.
